Vanuatu Passport Gateway (“VPG”, “we”, “us”), operated by [Legal Entity Name], registered in [Jurisdiction], is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

2. How we use your information

3. Legal basis

We process your information on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract for our services, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, though this may prevent us from providing certain services.

4. Sharing your information

We only share your information where necessary to deliver the service, including with: government-authorised agents and the relevant Vanuatu (or other programme) government authorities; due-diligence and background-screening providers; and professional advisors. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Some recipients may be located outside your country; where they are, we take reasonable steps to protect your information in transfer.

5. How we protect and store it

Given the sensitivity of the documents involved, we store personal and identity documents securely with access limited to those who need it to deliver your service. 6. Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@vanuatupassportgateway.com.

7. Cookies & analytics

Our website may use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. Where required, we will display a cookie/consent notice. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Vanuatu Passport Gateway website and the consultancy services provided by [Legal Entity Name] (“VPG”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

VPG is an independent consultancy and information service. We are not affiliated with, nor operated by, the Government of Vanuatu, the Vanuatu Citizenship Office or Commission, or any other government body. We assist clients by providing information and coordinating applications through government-authorised agents. Applications must be submitted through such authorised agents.

2. No guarantee of outcome

Citizenship and residency decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities. We do not and cannot guarantee approval, processing times, pricing, or any specific outcome. Government fees, programme rules and timelines are set by the authorities and may change without notice. All figures on our website are for general guidance only.

3. Not legal or financial advice

Information we provide is general and does not constitute legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. You should obtain independent professional advice for your specific circumstances, including on the tax and dual-nationality rules of your home country.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Fees

Our professional/consulting fees are separate from government fees and investment amounts, and are quoted to you in writing before you engage us. Government fees and investment amounts are paid according to the relevant programme’s process — typically only after an Approval in Principle. Payment terms will be set out in your engagement agreement.

6. Third-party agents and authorities

We coordinate with government-authorised agents and authorities but are not responsible for their decisions, timelines or actions, which are outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPG is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes determined by government authorities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction], and any disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
